DPII+ is an electronic caliper that allows both the measurement of tree diameter, whether standing or on the ground, and the processing and calculation of data. Furthermore, it allows data export, even offline, in a complete and ready-to-use format.
Capable of calculating the volume for ground batches using a classic algorithm with or without bark deductions, while for standing trees it uses a volume table.
During the measurement, all volume calculations are performed automatically, providing a constant summary of the situation. The collected data can also be exported in Microsoft Excel or XML format.
For standing measurements, the caliper includes a table of diameter classes for the area where it will be used, so as to be able to calculate the volume based on the reference territory.
Diameter measurement, trunk length, species, quality, tariff, notes, GPS coordinates (if purchased with a GPS Antenna). It also allows you to set up to 5 custom fields for the measurement header.

The integration of the caliper with the jBosk app consists of the possibility of transferring the collected data of an entire batch via Bluetooth or USB cable to manage them from jBosk and use the following features:
MDII+ is a traditional electronic caliper which, unlike the DPII Caliper, does not perform calculations but only allows the export of the raw measured data.

APP + Caliper MDII + ?
In this integration, JBosk plays a fundamental role, as, thanks to the Bluetooth connection, the MDII caliper will directly send the data to the app which will automatically calculate the volume and insert it into the batch. At the end, all measurements will be present in the JBosk app to perform various possible operations:

Why use
APP + Vertex Laser GEO?
Together with the data collected with Vertex Laser GEO and the JBosk app, it is possible to calculate the Azimuth angle that the cableway will need to have. This data is fundamental for the use of Vertex Laser GEO, as it will be possible to trace the support points of the cableway which will then be downloaded into the SeilkranPro software for the design and fine-tuning of the cableway construction project itself.
The portable Bluetooth printer is easy to carry, thanks to its small size and light weight, durable battery, and standard 80mm paper roll. It guarantees fast printing in any environment.
Furthermore, it allows the printing of batch measurements in two modes:
1. Aggregated: this aggregated mode provides summary data such as the number of pieces, gross and net volume, batch name, and measurement date.
2. Detailed: this mode prints the aggregated information and the details of each measured trunk.
